Helping people understand their patterns — and use that clarity to relate, live, and grow.

I believe something simple: you are not a problem to fix. But your patterns may be asking to be understood. There is good in all of us — even beneath the defenses, the reactions, the fears, the habits we wish we could change.
I studied psychology, and I've spent most of my life learning how relationships work — communication, emotional patterns, why we do what we do. But my path to the Enneagram wasn't academic. It began in my own search for healing: trying to understand my life, my triggers, and the habits that were quietly steering how I moved through the world.
What I found was not a box to put people in. It was a language for compassion — a way to understand what we protect, what we long for, and how we grow.
And it gave me something I hadn't had before: somewhere to stand outside my own pattern. That's the shift this practice is named for.
Before founding The Shifted Space, I worked in the wine industry — years spent learning to read a room the way you learn to read a person: the light, the pace, the feeling a place gives you before anyone says a word. I bring that same attention to this work. Patterns don't just live in our heads; they live in our conversations, our homes, our daily atmosphere. Change one, and the others start to move.
I wake up every day committed to growth — my own and my clients'. The Shifted Space is that work.
